Eat for your health this National Nutrition Month
Throughout March, The Whole U invites you to join in the celebration of National Nutrition Month. This month is dedicated to rediscovering the joys of eating well, emphasizing the importance of nurturing good nutrition and establishing healthy eating habits.
The Whole U has a variety of events and resources for you to take advantage of this month, as well as challenges to test your mettle and boost your overall health.
31 Days of Fruits and Vegetables Challenge
A great way to start is with our 31 Days of Fruits and Vegetables Challenge.
Eating a variety of nutritious foods each day is essential to good health. Incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your day is one way to make sure you get in your vitamins and minerals as well as a mix of colors, flavors and textures to make your meals more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, many people do not get the daily recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. With The Whole U, you can challenge yourself to meet a daily goal for an entire month using our handy one-page tracker to monitor your progress.
As an extra incentive, participants in the challenge can score swag when you share a photo of your fruits and veggies with The Whole U via email or by tagging The Whole U on social media. Up to 100 winners will receive a reusable drawstring bag or tumbler.
Upon registering, your 31-day tracker will be available for download on your confirmation page. Be sure to download so you can follow along from a device or print your tracker!
