Join The Whole U and UW Medicine on a journey leading up to the Seattle half and full marathon on Sunday, November 30! Build community as we train together and reach new goals. All levels of fitness are welcome to participate, whether you plan to enter the race or are wanting to support the participants by cheering and passing out water.
Joining the UW Endurance Club means participating in any of the following opportunities. We hope to see you at as many events and activities as possible! Stay tuned for various registration details and commit to joining us by signing up for a training plan.

Volunteer during the race

The core and spine are closely connected to the lower chain of your body and carry importance for injury prevention and strength while moving. Sean Matsuwaka, MD, RMSK is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine.
