The new decade is just a day away. 2020 offers a fresh slate on which we can all mark new beginnings and Dare to Do what we might previously have been putting off or hesitating to begin. In the spirit of new beginnings, The Whole U is excited to present a host of events this January to help you get the 2020s rolling with positive energy and meaningful momentum.

One of the key philosophies of our six-week Dare to Do New Year’s challenge kicking off January 6 is that if you want to make lasting changes in the way you live, the most effective way is to start with small changes that you can stick with and build on over time until, one day, you notice big results have resulted, those small steps having compound over time.

That’s why we invite you to partake in the following events throughout the month of January. All aim to help you get more involved and invested on the path to improving in any area of your life! Read more below and click the links to register and get all the details you’ll need to making the 2020s your best decade yet!
