Dare to Be 2023

What is the Dare To Be 2023 experience?

Dare To Be 2023 is an 8-week well-being experience during which UW faculty and staff kick off the new year with focus, inspiration, and community. Beginning on January 9 and ending on March 5, Dare to Be 2023 is a program designed to ease into the new year sparking inspiration in 7 key areas of wellness.

Skip the pressure to make big life changes, and instead explore the small actions in everyday life that make a meaningful impact. Through the Dare to Be 2023 experience, you will be encouraged to focus on areas of well-being through approachable, small tasks.
