What’s in Store for Your 6 Week Habit Building:
Weekly Habit Guidance: Each week, The Whole U will guide you through incorporating a new well-being habit into your daily schedule.
Dare to Do Toolkits: Participants will use the Dare to Do toolkit that includes habit-building strategies and features for tracking and reflection.
Weekly Check-Ins: Option to attend weekly check-ins for growth and accountability.
Virtual events and activities: Engage in a series of virtual events designed to support your well-being habit formation. Registration coming soon!
