Calling all early birds who want to build more muscle into your mornings! Wake up every Tuesday and Thursday with Lauren Updykefor a 30-minute intermediate weight-training class. Each workout covers the total body, focusing on both large and muscle groups and finishing with the core and stretching. All you need is a chair and two sets of weights (between 5 lb. – 25 lb. at least)!
This March, celebrateNational Nutrition Month with The Whole U by participating in our 31 Days of Fruits and Vegetables Challenge! Many people do not reach the daily recommended amount of fruits and vegetables. Challenge yourself to meet a daily goal in March using our handy 1-page tracker to monitor your progress. Those who register will receive a welcome email on Friday, March 1, to kick off the challenge and share additional resources for National Nutrition Month.
