For the shortest month of the year, February keeps plenty busy. We celebrate Black history and Lunar New Year, we commemorate presidents, we contemplate heart health, we consider a groundhog’s shadow, we continue our eight-week Dare to Restore program — and we contemplate love in all its lovely forms. It’s a lot to cram into 28 days (actually 29 this leap year). And The Whole U is doing its part to fill the calendar with opportunities to pause, to learn, to enhance your well-being in many different dimensions.
