As we bid farewell to UW Yoga Month, The Whole U is filled with gratitude for our exceptional yoga partners and the incredible participants who made this journey toward well-being truly impactful.
In collaboration with our cherished yoga partners along with UW Bothell ARC and UW Tacoma we embarked on a collective exploration of serenity, stress reduction and self-care. Their dedication to the practice and unwavering support have played a pivotal role in making UW Yoga Month a celebration of rejuvenation.
Throughout this transformative month, participants had the opportunity to indulge in a diverse range of yoga experiences, each crafted with the intention of catering to busy schedules and individual preferences. Led by the expertise of Pranify Yoga studio instructors, our daily 15-minute Yoga Breaks on Zoom became a sanctuary for quick, rejuvenating sessions, offering a momentary escape from the season’s demands.
Our yoga partners extended their generosity beyond the virtual realm, offering live and on-demand virtual classes that allowed every individual to choose a practice resonating with their unique journey.
