This month brings with it a great opportunity to recharge our self and collective care. Whether you’re interested in supporting the UW community, learning about your retirement options, trying virtual or in-person yoga classes or getting back to the basics, we have something for you.

National Nutrition Month

Throughout March

Celebrate National Nutrition Month by joining this 31-day challenge to increase our collective fruit and veggie intake and learn more about making informed food choices. Participants who complete the challenge and submit photos by April 1 will receive The Whole U lunch tote!


UW Community Food Drive

Throughout March

Each of the three UW campuses has a dedicated food pantry for students, staff and faculty experiencing food insecurity. Join us in replenishing their shelves during National Nutrition Month and alleviating food insecurity within the UW community.

UW Tower, 4th floor

This 4-week all levels yoga series begins on Thursday, Mar. 9 and ends on Thursday, Mar. 30. Class will take place on the 4th floor near the west facing windows. These morning yoga classes are designed to invigorate and energize your day.
