UW Yoga Month: Slow flow and Meditation with Lochana Panapitiya

This mindfulness based class will begin with mindful stretching and mobility, transtion to substantial breathwork to oxygenate the body and end with a short meditation to destress the mind. This all levels practice will build awareness of the breath and focus on alignment of the body. Register here.
UW Yoga Month: Chair Yoga with The Whole U

Take a mid-morning break and join this chair yoga class to recharge your day. Chair Yoga is designed for every body and can be adapted for each person’s mobility and fitness level. This class will incorporate props that can be easily accessed (such as a chair or yoga mat). Register here.
