UW Wellness Week is a week focused on bringing you events, classes, and information sessions about total well-being. Student Mental Health: Services and Stress Management with the UW Counseling Center
The workshop will provide students with information about mental health resources on campus and counseling center services. We will also discuss stress management techniques and engage in a de-stress activity. We will also address unique services available this academic year to manage remote services for students outside of the state and country.

Campus Waste & Green Space Tour with UW Recycling 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Zoom webinar – join now! (UW Net-ID required)
UW Recycling welcomes you to learn about the three R’s – reduce, reuse, recycle – and how green spaces benefit your health! Follow along as we take you on a virtual tour of waste practices on campus and talk about our favorite green spaces.
