Where to Get a Flu Shot at UW

This fall, combat flu season by getting your flu shot at the convenience of your own schedule on campus. There are over 15 clinics through the months of September, October, and November hosted by The Whole U. All UW faculty, staff, and students may get their flu shot at the UW flu shot clinics. The clinics are hosted at a variety of locations, times, and dates so that you can find the clinic closest to you.

Dependents between ages 10-17 can attend a flu shot clinic with a parent or guardian (who must also sign the claim/consent form). Dependents aged under should see their health care provider.

No appointment is necessary for any of our clinics, but be sure to bring your insurance card (if applicable) and photo ID. For information on accepted insurance providers and the option to pay out of pocket, visit the Frequently Asked Questions below.

Note: Faculty and staff enrolled in UW-provided PEBB health plans (Uniform Medical and Kaiser), plus graduate students enrolled in the Graduate Appointee Insurance Program (GAIP), can obtain a free annual flu shot as allowed under the plans’ preventive care coverage.

Calendar and Locations

Download the full schedule here, find your campus, and join us at a clinic that’s convenient for you. Add a clinic to your calendar so that you don’t forget! A comprehensive list of locations is included at the bottom of this page.

2019 Consent Form

Download the 2019 Consent Form and pre-fill it out to help stream-line the clinic process. Each clinic will have blank forms and pens available to fill-out, but taking a few moments to print and bring your own will save time!
