Wellness Wednesday Brown Bag Lunch Series, July 11 – July 25, from 12:00 -1:00 p.m.
Kristen Carstens, Senior Health & Well-being Director at the University Y Student Center, is hosting the Wellness Wednesday Brown Bag Lunch Series. This three-part series will take place each Wednesday, July 11 – July 25, from 12:00 -1:00 p.m. at the University Y in conference room 307.
- July 11: Mindfulness and returning to the present moment
- July 18: Making Change Stick and the stages of Change
- July 25: key components healthy living

Fun Fit Fridays, July 13 – August 3, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Join Lauren Bakland from the University Y for a 4-week Raise the Bar outdoor fitness series designed to increase activity at work. This series will run every Friday, July 13 – August 3, from 12:00 -1:00 p.m. Each week will feature a new activity that combines both fitness and fun.
- July 13: Outdoor Yoga at Court 17 Lawn
- July 20: Dodgeball at Court 17 Lawn
- July 27: Boot Camp at Court 17 Lawn
- August 3: Cycling at the University Y Patio

Tai Chi Tuesdays, July 17 – August 28, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
This seven-week series, led by Jeffrey Daniels, will take place every Tuesday at the steps of Prairie Line Trail starting July 17th and ending August 28th. Tai Chi will help you to gently and gracefully improve strength, gain better balance, reduce stiffness and pain, enhance sleep, and boost the immune system.
