Preparing to break a world record using kettlebells is serious work. Not just for the event team, but for all of our kettlebell participants. Even though this workout will be at the beginner level, participants need to be familiar with the moves we will be doing during the workout.

Watch Video 2 to see Joyce Lee from Custodial Services master the Closed Halo and Eric Wahl from UW Surplus take on the Double Arm Swing:

Registration for the event ends on Friday, January 17th. You can join the waitlist for a kettlebeller spot on the Seattle campus or sign up to cheer on your colleagues as a spectator. This will be a BIG event with the UW Band, prizes, and special guests!

Plus, Bothell and Tacoma still need kettlebellers:

Register for the Bothell Kettlebell Event.

Register for the Tacoma Kettlebell Event.

If you can’t make the event, you can still watch it live through the magic of a UW Video webcast. The link to the webcast will be available on The Whole U site the day of the event.

P.S.  If you registered but can no longer come, please let us know at wholeu@uw.edu
