Fostering Collegiality through Understanding Neurodivergence

In this virtual Lunch and Learn session hosted by the Professional Staff Organization and the Disability Staff and Faculty Association, folks can join members from the DSFA group to discuss strategies to best support colleagues that identify as neurodivergent and neurodiverse. Form and Interval Run / Walk Clinic

4:00 – 4:45 p.m.
Calling all walkers, joggers and runners of every level: enjoy an in-person clinic with running coach Aaliyah Earvin from 4:00 to 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12 at Rainier Vista on Seattle campus. In this clinic, you will follow a run/walk workout called Fartlek, Swedish for speed play. After a warm-up, the workout will guide you through different speeds, increasing strength and endurance, followed by a cool-down. All levels are welcome!
