By working with OnixBloom through one of our integrative retreats (online or in person!), you will honor and cultivate the shadow and divine light within you. Benefits & Savings
UW Faculty and Staff receive 10% on any online at-home retreat. We offer three a year (February, May and August) and our signature in-person five day MEXICO experience during Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Death) in November. Stay tuned for our OB Yearly balancing program to get in sync with your natural rhythms and the seasons – coming soon.
We also offer 10% on any one-on-one Meditation in Motion session and EFT Integrative Healing. Our experts Dhayan Garcia and Erika Sciarretta can help you integrate your nervous system, mind, body and emotions, with mindful movement and EFT trauma informed customized sessions.

In this retreat we will engage with all of your senses through being seen and heard in community, you will engage in nervous system calming movements, introspective journaling, taking an action you have been resisting, and taste and smell through recipes and retreat at home activities. We hope you will join us!
