Financial Literacy Month 2025

In April 2025, more than 2,500 members of the UW community joined The Whole U’s Financial Literacy Month. Together, we explored key financial topics: Budgeting & Saving, Credit & Loans, Retirement Planning and Investing & Transitions through live webinars, daily challenges and community discussions.

Participants shared that the program helped make complex topics approachable and offered tools they could apply right away. As one participant reflected, “I didn’t expect to walk away feeling empowered. These sessions made something that always felt stressful finally make sense.”

Throughout the month, attendees:

  • Joined live webinars hosted by trusted partners.
  • Completed a 30-Day Financial Wellness Checklist designed to build healthy daily money habits.
  • Engaged with colleagues through an online community space, sharing encouragement and insight.

You can continue your journey anytime with these resources:

  • 550 active members in the The Whole U Community on MS Teams tuned into weekly prompts to share strategies and successes.
