Each year, thousands of Huskies take part in The Whole U’s wellness challenges that spark motivation, build healthy habits and strengthen connection. From New Year’s resets to summer adventures, these challenges offer fun, accessible ways to prioritize your well-being no matter your work location, role at UW, goals or experience level.
